adFunture is ringing in the new year with three new Yoka mini-fig releases. In addition to the previously mentioned Chinese New Year Yoka (200 pieces), the Shanghai-based brand is releasing the Valentine’s Yoka (3 figures) and the Iconic-1 Yoka.
Celebrating the coming of Cupid, the three magic words come to life as three separated gloved pink Yoka minis, each arriving in a re-closeable PVC blister box.
adFunture rounds out the new Yoka offerings, with a special black Iconic-1 Yoka created for friends and visitors of their recently opened Iconic-1 retail spot in Shanghai. Look for a small North American release shortly.
We’re fans of the Yoka platform and are hoping for a full-blown series at some point which would definitely increase the cred of this deserving toy design.
Celebrating Chinese New Years just a few weeks late is the CNY Mini Yoka by Adfunture. This is the first sight of a mini Yoka that we have seen and we have a feeling we will be seeing a lot more of this little guy. The CNY Yoka stands 2.5” tall and is dressed up from head to toe in a traditional Chinese outfit and is ready to celebrate the new years. This is the second exclusive from myplasticheart
adFunture is just about to drop two new 2.5” Yokas. Unless you’re in China, the only place to get these is Rotofugi. First up in a continuing collaboration with Puma is the Racing Series Yoka. This one is a nice mix of clean graphic design (racing suit) with a pared down design showing off the yoka’s form with a blank white head and hands. Rounding out this drop is a Halloween GID Yoka. Both are blister-packed and available for Pre-order now (est. shipping on 10/29) from Rotofugi for $15.00 each.
