Definitely Toys
Spied on 5 & A Dime’s blog were photos of the preview for the collaboration between DC Shoes and UNKL Brand. We get a view of of the “Graph” sneaker partnered up with the UNKL SUG huge figure. Being released through a limited number of participating stores in January we know that 5 & A Dime will be one of the shops where you can pick up this set.

wung by the UNKL booth and saw Jason Bacon setting up the display of the new Orange MakPo (collab with Kow Yokoyama). I think I prefer the green military one, but there’s something said for unusual/unexpected colors. Hopefully we’ll get a chance for a little hands-on time tomorrow.
Akhirnya team design UNKL, mengeluarkan seri MAKPO dengan warna cerah orange di SDCC, sudah banyak gosip di forum forum para toys freak didunia mengenai figure UNKL ornage ini, ternyata mereka memanh sengaja untuk menyimpan senjata untuk SAn Diego Comic Convention tahun ini, biasanya corak army (green army) mendominasi warna figure figure UNKL, tapi kali ini mereka meloncat ke arah pop culture color mungkin, mmmhh yah mungkin mereka berfikir (mungkin lho.. 
) sebuah figure akan lebih diterima orang dengan warna yang lebih familiar dan berkesan gembira…tapi ciri khas UNKL tetap dipertahankan, signature mereka sangat kuat mesin pembunuh yang dibuat lucu, dan warna warna army…mmmhh lihat saja warna packagingnya tetep dengan warna hijau army kan sebuah signature mereka Lol

Salah satu figure dari UNKL Brand, Makpo…figure robot dengan army style, (bisa dilihat dari figure dan warna yang dipakai, juga merupakan salah satu, signature UNKL..
UNKL’s much-anticipated MaK.Po will release at their San Diego Comic Con booth in late July 2008.
A nod to Kow Yokoyama’s esteemed Maschinen Krieger figures, UNKL had the opportunity to present their idea for MaK.Po to Yokoyama in mid-2006. With Yokoyama’s blessing, MaK.Po was created. Two years later, after dozens of production challenges, MaK.Po is now good to go. The ten-inch interpretation of Yokoyama’s figures is the UNKL-ized version of the ultimate superhuman fighting suit. All MaK.Po figures come complete with a three-inch HazMaPo (the smallest Haz yet), interchangeable arms, rocket propelled grenade launcher, rocket pack, propeller and cushy velvet interior.
The piece will be limited to a run of 400 green and only 100 orange figures. We haven’t found out if all or maybe one of the colorways will be made available at SDCC. But it’s nice to see a release date for what is definitely be UNKL’s best project to date.
