The unofficial theme for this Winter’s Vinyl Toy Network show (VTN) is BIG. For starters the show is growing and will be held over a weekend (12.6-12.7) rather than a single day. The expanded schedule is stacked with some events, signings and cool releases. Speaking of releases, BIC is making VTN their public debut with a big splash.
The new company is releasing not one, not two, not three, but four figures at the show. They will drop kaNO’s Bodega, Dave Flores’s Sketch Artist, a new edition of Marka27’s Killa Instinct and MAD’s Sham the Clown. And what would a mega-release be with a massive signing event? All four artists will be signing during the release.
This mega-release goes a long way towards making this VTN a must-see show. At the end of the day, hot new releases make or break a show. There will be plenty of action this year – and hopefully this is just the beginning of VTN’s rise.
